These ultra fluffy lemon pancakes have 50 grams of protein per serving. There is no better way to start your day than protein packed pancakes with your favorite Plant Protein powder. Check out this recipe! It is EASY to make and even easier to eat!


  • 1.5 cups plant milk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Zest & juice of 1-2 lemons (I used 2 - I like it verrrry lemony)
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 50g @vedgenutrition vanilla ice cream🍦protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tbsp poppy seeds


🥄 Mix the wet & dry ingredients separately then whisk to combine.

🔥 Pan fry until golden on both sides.

🍋 Top with some vegan yogurt, blueberries and lemon zest & enjoy!!
