Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping on all Retail Orders in the US over $80. 
  • Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
  •  We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please Note:

  • You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
  • Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipment.
  • Standard Deliveries will take 3-5 business days for delivery once the order has been processed.
  • Weekend delivery is not available

 

International Shipping Policy

  • We are shipping worldwide with flat rate shipping! 
  • Please allow up to 10-14 days for your shipment to reach depending on the country of shipment. 

Customs

Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Vedge Nutrition is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Subscription Order Shipping:

  • Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is available. Simply log into your account and manage the dates of your shipments. If you would like to add a new product to your next upcoming order, simply log into your account at vedgenutrition.com, proceed to your desired product's page, and click add to next order. 

 

Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages or delays of transportation or shipping facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials

 

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
