🤤High Protein Chickpea Blondies💪

These vegan Blondies are one of my fav desserts and the best thing about them is that you feel amazing after eating them! No post-dessert slump here 🙌

✨INGREDIENTS✨

  • 1 can strained chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup 🍁
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 cup @vedgenutrition vanilla ice cream protein powder
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp sprinkles for mixing inside & topping!

✨DIRECTIONS✨

🤗Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!

🥄 Mix in your sprinkles then transfer your batter into a 9x9 baking tray and top with extra sprinkles!

 🔥Bake at 350f for 25 min then let them cool before slicing and enjoy!!

Macros: 240 cals - 10P - 28C - 10F (9 slices)
