🤤High Protein Chickpea Blondies💪

These vegan Blondies are one of my fav desserts and the best thing about them is that you feel amazing after eating them! No post-dessert slump here 🙌
✨INGREDIENTS✨
- 1 can strained chickpeas
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup 🍁
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1/2 cup @vedgenutrition vanilla ice cream protein powder
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp sprinkles for mixing inside & topping!
✨DIRECTIONS✨
🤗Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
🥄 Mix in your sprinkles then transfer your batter into a 9x9 baking tray and top with extra sprinkles!
🔥Bake at 350f for 25 min then let them cool before slicing and enjoy!!
