The Vedge products are genuinely the best I’ve ever had, the protein is such a great smooth taste, mixes very well and also works excellently in cooking to make healthy and tasty protein stacks like protein muffins and doughnuts. One of the best things about this product is that it is Organic!!!! No nasties inside. - James M.
SUPERIOR FOCUS & ENERGY | DELICIOUS FLAVORS | VEGAN
VEDGE PRE is a clinically dosed pre-workout using premium grade ingredients that are scientifically engineered to increase your athletic performance.
Love this stuff!! It def gives me the extra boost to crush my workouts and find my limit. I missed taking it for one of my workouts and was crapped out halfway through. It isn’t super chalky like some Other brands and I love that the ingredients are clean, don’t contain artificial colors or flavors and does exactly what you want. 10/10 recommend - Cameo C.

"Really Impressive Profile"
"Vedge coming through. This is amazing. They are super transparent with 3rd party testing. They sent me all of the testing and I looked at every single number and it looked really good. Really impressive profile with USDA Organic. They tested for glyphosate, heavy metals, and it looked very good. This is actually the protein I keep in my home."

Post-workout nutrition is one of the most important aspects of our exercise routines, and for good reason. After our workouts, we can become physically depleted, dehydrated, and mentally exhausted. Therefore, our nutrition for recovery should aim to meet three primary goals: refuel, rehydrate, and repair. Replenishing vital nutrients, rehydrating and restoring electrolyte balance, and repairing damaged muscle tissue accomplish these goals. Adequate recovery is critical for us to better respond to increases in training volume and intensity.

Whether we’re familiar with adaptogens or not, their popularity and availability seem to be growing every day. Adaptogens are a class of plants that are intended to boost our resistance to and tolerance of both emotional and physical stress. As the name suggests, this group of more than 70 plants adapt to meet our needs, and bring us balance the way a thermostat controls temperature: they turn up our energy when we’re fatigued and help us relax when we’re restless. They're also purported to address issues as disparate as trouble focusing, headaches, dry eye, high blood pressure and even cancer.

Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that is necessary to keep our bodies functioning properly. It’s a water-soluble vitamin in the vitamin B complex that keeps nerves and red blood cells healthy, contributes to the successful synthesis of DNA, and promotes normal functioning of the nervous system. Because it plays such an important role in so many body functions, it’s critical we receive adequate levels through our diets. It’s a regular topic of conversation between vegans and vegetarians since it’s only found naturally in animal products such as eggs, beef, fish, poultry and dairy. However, omnivores fall short on this vitamin as well, so it’s crucial we all investigate the amount we get on a daily basis.

Protein plays a vital role in the daily functioning of our bodies and is essential for muscle growth, healing, reproduction and maintaining a healthy immune system. We use protein to build and repair tissue, therefore making it an essential macronutrient for muscle growth. But muscles aren’t the only part of the body that benefit from protein - brain function improves, fatigue is reduced, and even weight loss can occur. Protein breaks down into amino acids (the building blocks of protein) which are essential to the synthesis of hormones and neurotransmitters.
