🍪 Mocha Cookie Overnight Oats🍪

These are the BEST protein overnight oats I’ve ever had! 🤤 😍 Super simple to make and SO delicious!!! Try them and let me know what you think! 💪🌱
✨INGREDIENTS✨
- 2 cups oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.5 cup soy milk
- 1 cup coffee
- 6 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 pouches of cookies or choice
- 2 tbsp coconut chips ( I used hungry Buddha)
- 2 cups oat yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein from Vedge Nutrition
- Water as needed to thin
✨DIRECTIONS✨
😋 First make your oat mixture by mixing together all of the ingredients. Whisk until smooth then sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours!
🙌Next make your protein custard by mixing together your vegan oat yogurt and protein powder, adding water to thin as needed.
😍When you’re ready to enjoy layer your mocha cookie oats with your protein custard and enjoy!!!
👌You can store these in the fridge for up to 5 days!!
