Bookmark these super simple bars to make for later!!! Trust me theyโ€™re DELISH!!!! ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ”–

โœจINGREDIENTSโœจ

  • 2.5 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup @vedgenutrition vanilla ice cream proteinโœจ
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil - it makes the chocolate nice and shiny ๐Ÿ˜

โœจDIRECTIONSโœจ

๐Ÿฅ„ Pop your ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine! Add more plant milk if needed until you reach a fudgey cookie dough-like consistency. This amount will depend on the protein powder you use! Fold in your chocolate chips!

๐Ÿ‘ŒPack your cookie dough into a lined 9x9 baking tray and pack it down tightly with your hands.

๐Ÿซ Melt your chocolate in the microwave in 30 sec intervals, stirring in between each one. Then pour it over top your cookie dough.

๐ŸงŠ Pop in the freezer for a few hours to firm up, slice and enjoy!!
