โจINGREDIENTSโจ
- 2.5 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup @vedgenutrition vanilla ice cream proteinโจ
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Topping:
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil - it makes the chocolate nice and shiny ๐
โจDIRECTIONSโจ
๐ฅ Pop your ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine! Add more plant milk if needed until you reach a fudgey cookie dough-like consistency. This amount will depend on the protein powder you use! Fold in your chocolate chips!
๐Pack your cookie dough into a lined 9x9 baking tray and pack it down tightly with your hands.
๐ซ Melt your chocolate in the microwave in 30 sec intervals, stirring in between each one. Then pour it over top your cookie dough.
๐ง Pop in the freezer for a few hours to firm up, slice and enjoy!!
